She is 15 and she is using protection.. which alot of kids her age don't.. unfortunately girls are loosing there virginity at much younger ages.... if you really feel you need to say something... why not share and experience with her and see if she confides in you and tells you what is going on and who she is with .. then you can use the make sure your careful... and maybe you should wait..do you want me to come with you to get the pill etc. but I wouldn't push her into talking about it . good luck

Count your blessing that shes using them. Talk to her tell her that you are always there for her if she needs to talk.
Tell your parents. Seriously.
Have a talk to her calmly and cooly for all you know they could be there because she's minding them for someone but just in case at least she is trying to be responsible so be supportive but try to convince her to put it off till later
