sweet child of mine by guns and roses..
Classical music is good, there is also children's choice classical, playtime. Try Target or Walmart.
some oldies songs are good especially if it fits with the scenes and well the older folks would like it :)
If you want to do it as a christmas gift, here are some good songs
Mariah Carey : All I want for christmas is you
Eurithmics : Winter wonderland
Annie Lennox and Al Green : Put a little love in your heart
Debbie Gibson : Sleigh ride
Pretenders : Have yourself a merry little christmas
I don't think you should fill the video with music (I'm assuming this is moving video and not pictures?). It would mean more to your parents to hear the children's voices, not to have to listen to songs.
I think you should do some oldies/classics. I'm sure you have some favorite ones.
I don't suggest Christmas music - because I'm sure they are going to want to watch these year round, who wants to hear christmas music year round?
Im not sure who sings it, but it starts out "These are the days..to remember" I think Her name is like Natalie Imbrulia... Can someone help me out with the singers name. It would be an awesome song
