There is only one way to find out if your sisters child will have manboobs, you need to conduct a medically proven test. Once the baby is born, allow it no time to bond with its mother and do not feed it. Take it down to your nearest forest or woodlands area (it is important that wild animals inhabit this area), cover the the child in honey and roll it in shredded coconut and sprinkles and leave it alone for a week. After a week return to the woodland/forest if the child is gone/dead it would NOT have had supple manboobs and we all know that a life without manboobs is not worth living, thus nature has played its part and killed off the weak. If the child is alive then it will lead a rich, fulfilling life with a very beautiful pair of manboobs.

You don't. Why does this bother you. It's not your child or boyfriend. Really , if your sister wasn't worried about this , then why should you be. Besides their called "man-boobs", not "baby-boobs", the kid won't develop this or possibly develop this until they are a "man". You never said how you know the baby is a male or not. So , I really don't think you should be worried. Any way , the kid could take after your sister, she has boobs too. Doesn't she? Relax and have an ice tea. you'll live longer.
Stop freaking. Most likely if your sis and bro in law can keep the baby's weight in control during childhood there should be nothing to worry about. And everyone else is right, why worry about it if it isn't your child?
