If someone wanted to could they call CPS and would they come see if our home is clean? just wondering how it?
Answer:
if someone reports you to child services then someone will come out and investigate..
they will talk to the parents and kids and decide from there if they need to come out more
if you have childen, i would say yes...it would not be a high priority, as would suspected child abuse. but i would think so..
Yes, CPS has to investigate every reported case. Just make sure there is nothing that can harm the kids laying about, like spoiled foods, meds, or dangerous tools and knives. CPS does realize that most houses aren't spotless, as long as it isn't dirty, you should be fine
When someone calls CPS on you, a CPS person comes to your house. You have to let them in and let them search your house. They don't dig into stuff, but they go into every room and look for stuff thats inappropriate for children. Anything inappropriate better be behind a locked door or away from the kids. It doesn't really have to do with whether or not your house is dirty or clean, just if the kids are getting properly cared for.
Violet blue, i do not believe your statement is correct. You NEVER have to let ANYONE in your home with out a search warrant. NEVER EVER let a CPS person in your home without a warrant!
