What can a couple with AS do to prevent giving birth to a baby that is SS?

I'm AS and i have met a couple of guys that i would want to spend the rest of my life with but they turned out to be AS like me. I want to know if something can be done to prevent giving birth to a child with SS or is my only option getting married to someone who is AA?

That's gotta be a real ice breaker: what kind of genotype are you? You get my number if you're not AS.
All you gotta do is go to a lab and get artificially inseminated, they will screen the eggs and implant one that is not either AA or SS, but that's only if you're really a genetics freak and believe that Mother Nature has no clue as to what her job is.
