Anyone ever used a postpartum support belt?

Do you think it helped your tummy go down quicker? How quickly could you see improvement?

Well, my Granny had 10 kids, and she swore that all women needed to wear a Girdle (support belt) after they have a baby. My mom didnt listen to her, and she says she regretted not wearing one after she gave birth to me. I will certainly wear one!
