W early are you allowed to take maternity leave in Scotland, UK?? HELP THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IVE ASKED?
When is the earliest I can take it?? I also dont know what I am entitled to as I work, most mothers I know dont work so get benefits, but I have been told that i should have been getting milk/fruit tokens, family credit from 20 wks etc.
Does anyone know for sure??

Call the local unemployment office and ask them...or go to the HR department of your work and check. Get a Dr's note that you are too sick to work.
I live in Canada, and here it may be different.
you have 1 year for mat leave, so whether you leave earlier or not is up to you.
check with your local governmant office, give them a call and they will direct you
