At what age did you start your children on vitamins?

Taking vitamins has never been proven to make a person healthier. Noone knows if they even make any difference at all.
Eating healthy and making sure to choose food from the 4 basic food groups and following the food consumption pyramid chart are all your children need.
Well, most food has vitamins, so the minute they started eating, they started getting vitamins. LOL
My husband would give them every day, but we eat so healthy that it really isn't necessary (plus they usually eat a balance bar every day so I don't want them to OD). If we have been eating especially poor (like lunchables, Mc Donald's, & pizza all in one day) then I may give them one or 1/2 of one, but that is it.
My childrens ped. put them on a tri-vitamin at 1 month old , by 2 I started giving them the gummy vitamins
I started my kids on vitamins at 2. It helps make sure their body gets what it needs daily. Vitamins were always a huge deal on any of my kid's 4th birthdays because they'd graduate from a half vitamin to a whole one. It was always exciting for them and gave me 1 more reason to smile. I've even snagged 1 of theirs in the morning before cause it tastes better than mine do.
The chewable kind, around 2 years.
1 1/2 flinstones 1/2 a vitamin a day my dr also said the gummy ones are good too
