No it isn't cuz you're fat at all. It's so easy to be nervous about every little thing, I know. It's just still pretty early.
In the future always remember this is your body and you are the one giving life here. Any question you have is a good one. If you don't understand something, it's ok to ask! In fact good to ask. Knowledge is power, and the more you know about your baby and how your body is changing while you're pregnant, the more in control you're gonna feel.
Any question is a great one.So ask your doctor when he/she does something you don't understand or would like to have understood.
Well, if your fat, that has nothing to do with it. They probably didn't do it because there is a chance that you might not have heard the heartbeat ( it is still early) and the Dr didn't want to stress you out over that.
Sometimes its just hard to pick up especially early on. I only got to hear the heartbeat for a split second at 11 weeks. If your doctor was worried, s/her would be sending you for another ultrasound pronto.
doc dont like to check in office till 11 -13 weeks... Just so if they cant find it .It wont freak you or them out.. A doppler doesnt normally work till after 10 weeks so that is why.US you can find the HB at 4 weeks
