Well there is a good possiblility that she is seeing that she missed her period. Is she normally pretty regular? The best bet would be to get a pregnancy test that would put your mind at ease and you will not need to worry needlesly.

If she is late (which you say she is) an EPT test will say "Pregnant" or "Not Pregnant." Buy one and give it a shot.

Were you having Safe sex? If not then yeah its definatly possible! I've had 2 kids and the first thing I did was take a test I never did the ept's I did the first responce pg tests and they showed up a REALLY light line almost barely vissable...but any line at all even barely visable means your pg! has she been under alot of stress lately or taken any meds, these are also two reasons she could be late. go to walgreens and get one pregnancy test then you know for sure , to be safe make an apt with the doctor for a blood test too
Stress can be a cause of the lateness... get a preg test to make sure, it's the only way to really determine... if the test comes out false and you still have doubts go to a doctor and have them order you a blood test.. that should determine 99.9% sure if she is or is not..
