At 38 weeks of pregnancy ,what speed is suitable for walking(or running) on treadmill?
Answer:
Good for you, not many people would bother. As long as your comfortable and dont over exert yourself especially at 38 weeks, I'd just keep it as you are doing at the moment.
The speed is less important than how you feel. You should work at work you feel is a moderate level. You should still be able to hold a conversation.
just "normal " daily walks (its nice to see you are being active) and normal
If you can incline it go for it... its your body and you know your limit... almost jogg or go a little faster if you can if you are trying to induce labour.. I did it with my daughter it worked
as long as you dont over heat and drink plenty youll know when to stop
~I would be very careful if I were you. I wouldn't jog or run, just walk slowly to be safe.~
i have never heard of a woman being 38 week and on a treadmill, still good luck to you.
I guess at this stage, you can do what you feel you're up to!! All you can do if you overdo it is induce labour, and that's not such a bad thing! x
