Has this happened to you after ovulation?

I had my last period on Oct. 21 (which was late, was supposed to have it on the 16th), then I was supposed to ovulate on Nov. 4th. Or at least in that vicinity. I usually have a period that is anywhere between 25 and 28 days. This one was 30 days! I took a hpt test, and it said negative. I got my period that same day. Well, this past weekend right after my ovulation time, my breasts have been so sore I can't touch them, cramping, nausea, and headache etc. I know it's normal to have some breast tenderness and cramping during ovulation, but it hasn't gone away. Has anyone ever had severely sore breasts for 2 weeks before your expected period and NOT be pregnant? I am ttc, but not really charting or anything. Just "enjoying" the fun and hoping we get a "surprise" eventually. Any helpful replies will be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I already have a son, and I know what pregnancy feels like. I had sore breasts with my son.

Answer:
Its only happened to me once or twice, but yes i have had severely sore breasts after ovulation. They were so sore i couldn't stand for my shirt to brush up against them. Turns out i wasn't pregnant.
WellI usually suffer that too, and there is always a week or two of severe soreness beforehand for me. One time, a week after my period I got sore again, and it lasted 3 weeks (till my next period)! I've never been pregnant and it always happens to me for at least a week or two ^^, hope this helps!
My breasts stay sore for 3 weeks sometimes. the soreness gets worse the closer my period gets.
My breasts are usually sore from ovulation time until period time. I have had only one time where they were excruciatingly painful. It must of been the hormones as I wasn't pregnant. Also I have had two pregnancies and births and both were very, very different. With the first I couldn't hardly touch my breasts and with the second they never bothered me. I was hoping that because the pregnancies were so different that the babies would be different sexes but I have two boys! Both of them were fabulous surprises. Have fun!
