How did you choose when it was the right time to get pregnant?

Did anyone base their decision off of when friends or family were getting pregnant themselves? Or was it only based on personal circumstance?

i knew it was something that we both wanted and agreed on based on L.O.V.E! and personal circumstances! but we both got excellent careers and we both graduated from high school and have our own place and we've been together for over 5 years non-stop! so we thought about having baby and the time is rite and were ready. another reason was because we wanted to be in our early 20's with alota youth left to do things and be active parents with our child! good enough reason for us! yep so I'm pregnant now and enjoying, but thankful that i got pregnant again because we had a miscarriage in July of this year! :( so yep this thanksgiving i have alot to be thankfull for! even more to be thankful for coming next July! our little bundle of joy, i hope that you figure out what your good reasons for having a baby are!!
Personal circumstance.
Well, I got pregnant while being on the patch (first time). I don't believe in abortion and once I heard my daughter's heartbeat I knew it was time to be a mommy.
Most of the time you don't really choose to get pregnant. And sometimes you just want to get pregnant so you ask your husband/wife and then you make the decision together.
We did not choose - left it up to God.
I would wait until i had the financial means to care for the child without the assistance of welfare. And do you have any life goals or dreams? How ABOUT A CAREER? You will know it in your heart when it is the right time. When you sit down, think about all the pros and cons of having a baby, and feel completely comfortable with it, then it may be the right time. It is not easy to be a parent and you must make many sacrifices.
We chose the first time, the second time we rushed things because my sister had just gotten pregnant - I thought wouldn't that be cool to have our kids close in age. And the third time it was a little bit of a surprise.
There is no good time. If you think you're ready, then go for it.
