He worries about you. That's precious cargo you're carrying. It may seem overprotective, and can get downright annoying at times, but be glad he cares. If he's going out on the town without you, smack him upside the head and tell him to keep his little butt home or take you with him. But if he stays by your side to make sure you're safe, it's a good thing.

i dont feel that way. I think pregnant women should stay busy barefoot in the kitchen and not just sit around.

because they think when u are pregant ur over weight, and they see over weight as being lazy.. but i hardly ever see pregant women gain more then 20 kilos n e ways

Hey, Mine did that too. I think it's because all he can do is worry. He might feel like he's helpless and monitoring you is better than doing nothing at all. It's kinda sweet, when you think about it. At least he cares, there are a lot of guys out there who dont.
Men are sometimes very dense. They really do not understand women. Not to say all men, but some men. And sometimes we just need that space to vent.

Pregnant women excite me. I just find them very exciting and beautiful. He should be proud and happy to be out with you anywhere.
My hubby gave me no sympathy at all while I was pregnant. I still had to work and clean and do everything I normally do. My life didn't hardly change at all. But on the other hand I could do whatever I wanted he didn't object.....like if I wanted to go out with friends or whatever

Men are said to be thirty percent less intuitive then women. Men can learn it and you can learn more about it by looking up 'intuition. Men are also usually lower in 'emotional intelligence' which also can be learned and looked up. Women use the right brain which thinks in concepts and can handle the large amounts of the data of the Information Age. We are now entering the Conceptual Age, which is decidedly right brained. The right brain acts like a calculator, but men, being more right brained have difficulty appreciating their intuitive thought. The dismiss these ideas as not reasonable. King David in the bible was more balanced. He was very masculine, but he still composed music, psalms, sang beautifully and played a musical instrument.
Creative ability will fuel the economy for some time to come through medical breakthroughs, new inventions and the like. Your man really needs to go all out to get this information. I try to explain how it works at the Yahoo group I just started. It is easy to do. Just listen to your intuition, even though you don't agree with it as it is usually right. Think about the intuitive output of your brain very carefully and you may see the wisdom in it. Men tend to dismiss it just as they dismiss you. They just can't see you or they would be interested. As I say, doing it is easy. Explaining it is hard, because I must explain it to a left brained society and the left brain can hardly see the right brain.
