Vitamins, bubble baths? What do you do. What do those people with like 10 kids do to relax?

yoga -a walk - dance - a small glass of wine- a comedy a nap-chamomile tea - read - listen to any of the budah bar Cd's.

I drink and take pills
i go for a run on my treadmill then a nice cool shower afterwards..it feeellss soooooooo gooooooooooodd!
I make sure to take time for myself at the end of the day, wether I read, answer questions here or just sit in silence I feel much better & wake up fresh & ready to start another crazy day.
Well I don't have 10 kids I have 2, 1 is 7 the other is 2 1/2. I have found that a radox bath and a good book help me, when I'm stressed out, and the kids are in bed I have my bath and soak my stress away. I must admit I'm stressed again the next day though. Sometimes, ( not often enough though) I get a babysitter and go out, have a couple of drinks and dance the night away.
I lock myself in the bathroom and take a long green tea salt and oil bath. It keep me sane.
I will reach the highest mountain and the furthest sea and scream my heart, lungs out...
