do you really need to waste money on that in some attempt to save time?
They prollydont meet regulations anymore. I would suggest getting a little step-stool!
This is the seat I got for my son and it's great. It's cheap for all it does, too.
Never seen one. Get a low stool that can be easily climbed upon.
