If I ovulated on the 12th and today is the 20th when should I test and/or expect my period??

I am 8 days past ovulation according to my basal body charts. All 8 days past ovulation temps are higher than coverline and they are getting higher with each passing day. I am supposed to start my period tomorrow. But I am wondering will me ovulating this late make my period tomorrow late?? IF so when do you think I should test. I have been having a few possible pregnancy symptoms but I am not thinking too much of them because I don't want to get my hopes up. When do you think is the most logical time to try testing and when do you think I should expect my period if I am not pregnant. ALL OPINIONS WELCOMED

You should be able to get an accurate test on the 25th or 26th. If you really did ovulate on the 12th. (if I did my math right)

Your period comes about 14 days after you ovulate, so that would put you ate the 25th. technically the 26th would be the day after your expected period and that would be the best day to test.

There are tests that can tell you 4-5 days earlier, but the accuracy % is not as high, so you could get false negatives.
wait till ur period is late then test my was late and i found out i was pregnant and the test showed befor i missed my period i hope i helped you
