my case, i would resort to something that would make me feel comfortable and alone...
some times women have the tendency to spend some time alone, and yet they can't due to the fast rythmatic life.
if i were you, i would go buy a new sleeping outfit, something that makes u feel sexy and lovely and beautiful, go back home, have a long candle bath, slip into your new cloths, and read yourself to sleep... i asure u if u do this 2 times, u will feel much much better for a long time... give it a try:)

get out of the house for a little bit go jog or walk or something on your own think about everything thats going on and what your putting your loved ones thru just because of some stupid hormones and try to stay on top of things don't let something like a hormone control you! be strong, be happy and live your life the way YOU want to not the way your hormons wantt you to!! if you know what i mean.

((hugs)). Usually when I hit my limit, I get away from everyone. (not always easy to do). If I can't get out of the house, I will go to my room and read or just veg. If I can get out, I'll go for a walk, even if I have to take the kids with me. Walking gets you away from the situation, you get exercise and fresh air and a change of scenery. And when all else fails, there's chocolate!
I dont know how old you are, I like to go for a drive.
or read a book, watch a funny movie, take a bath

Stay inside curled up with a cup of hot tea and a good book. I have 4 kids so sometimes I have to wait til everyones asleep but it helps. And I warn my husband to get out of my way and tell him I'm sorry but I can't control myself so good right now.

I'm only 18, but when I am feeling hideous, I have to get out my journal and just dump everything that I am angry about or just anything that comes to mind until I feel empty. It helps big time. Chocolate helps too, hehe.

just walk away. go to your room turn the lights off get into bed and close your eyes. it passes. it could take a day or a week.the only way to deal with it is to put a little space between you and everyone else. hormones or whatever calm down so will you.
LOL loud nosies got to me and my daughter's father was one who LOVED the television LOUD. One day on the way to the laundry facility across the street from our apartment I turned the television volume down really low and took the remote with me (Knowing full well he wouldn't get up and fix the volume on the television himself.). I kept it hidden for two days...consequently he didn't watch much television unless I turned the telvision on. LMAO
