Yes, as a matter of fact I have. It freaked me out at first, but if you think about it, it makes sense. When you get nervous, your stomach can become upset. When your sad, you cry. Why shouldn't something hurt when you're emotional? It might just be your body's way of saying, "Hey, I need a hug."
There's nothing that a hug, a good cry, a sincere laugh, and a hot shower can't solve.

Yeah it is related to stress. I would talk to a doctor or therapist about relaxation exercises. The body tends to tense up when stressed.

oddly enough yes...my right arm...where my vein is near the joint region...hurt like hell but i didn't know if there was a connection to my emotional state. it may be because of something else...i think for me it might be sleeping with my arms flailed in a weird position.

Yeah - arms and legs when under stress. I usually get out of that situation and get time to think about it before going back and facing it. Getting emotional is neat though as it gets you to the point where you have to let the stress go and that is a good thing so u r doin OK.
