Cant seem to fall asleep at night...any ways to calm me to sleep?

Listen to relaxational music
Do some breathing exercises focusing on your inhales and exhales
Meditate
Don't watch tv too close to bed time or do any strenuous exercising
Take a warm bath
Have some decaf tea or warm milk
Read a book
Have your partner caress your back
Wear comfortable bed time clothes and have your room at a comfortable temperature
Try to follow the same bed time routine every night

have a bath
read a book
talk to somebody
Drink some warm milk.
Take a hot bath.
sing a bed time song to ur self this might comfort u a bit.
make sure you keep all other noises out of the bedroom at night. then meditate a little before sleeping. relax a bit and think of positive things. surround yourself with positive energies...once you have felt more relaxed...then lay down and go to sleep. relaxing always helps me. good luck and congrats on the baby!

take a hot warm and drink a glass of milk. Also get one of those body pillows for pregnant women and it helps them sleep in a more comfortable position.
