What are the chances...?
She is one of 3 girls, with her mother being one of about 7 children, 4 of which are girls. Her boyfriend is one of 5 boys, with an adopted mother. His biological father is one of 2 boys.
I'm just curious...she and I both want her to have a girl, but since she's barely 2 months along, it's too soon to tell.
Answer:
the father decides if the baby is male or female, and it is just hit or miss. The only way u can increase ur chances of conceiving a girl is by having sex early in your fertility cycle and not on the day before, day of or day after your ovulation day. But even then it isn't always affective (and now it is too late anyway) she needs to be OK with the back that it could be a boy and love it regardless. I understand where she coming from I have a son and would like one of each but if I have another boy I would be ok with that too.
53% !!
what about TWINS :) . best of luck
i'd say boy 50-50 and girl 50-50, please dont make me think so hard again, i need an aspirin.
chances are 50/50. there is a chinese chart that some women believe in. you look at the age the woman is and when she got pregnant and it tells you boy or girl... i've checked it a few times and it's usually right but not always.
Thre is no way to tell untill she has an ultra sound or the baby!! Don't go by the books. They are all wrong. I should be having a boy and im having a girl! So there is a 50-50 chance. But as long as the baby is healthly thats what matters!
It's a 50% chance, pretty much.
It depends on when she had intercourse. Depending on which part of her cycle she was on (ir right after her period or right before), she is more likely to have a boy or a girl.
good chance...more girls are born than boys!
50% chance boy 50% chance girl
The chance is still and will always be the same 50/50. Good luck! :-)
50% chance of a girl. because the XY chromosomes of the male are just as strong as the XX chromosomes of the female so you'll just have to wait it out.
Just go through all the gender myths about what she is craving, sitting on a fork, the gender calender, holding a needle over he belly. They have about a 50% chance of being right.
The chances of her having a girl is about 50/50 depending on the father, The male is the one who carries the sex chromosomes. It doesn't matter how many of what sex are in each family...my ex husband comes from a family that had NO natural born females in five generations. This includes cousins, second cousins, etc. They are Italian Catholics so their families are very large. I on the other hand have one totally biological sister and two sister's who are from my father's first marriage. Everyone swore up and down that I was going to have a boy (her heart rate and where I was carrying was also supposedly an indication) On January 21 1986 Everyone in his family got a MAJOR surprise...I broke the 5 year "curse" of no natural born females. LOL
50/50.
I always wonder why people want someone to have a girl or a boy. If she has a boy, I'm sure someone will tell him eventually that you wanted him to be a girl - so think about it.
You sound like an idiot. And you're not going to be an 'auntie' if it is your boyfriend's brother's child - duh!! You have to be married.
