Answer:
lol, i remember those days...
just eat anything that tickles your fancy at the moment...but you might want to stay away from fried foods...they might upset your stomache...
Fruits & Veggies are some of the good stuff I ate, it's good for the baby's brain.I also gourged on McDonalds food, which gave me terrible heartburn.
I did not have many carvings since I felt pretty sick all of the time. However, early on, I did want the biggest steak french fries you could find. Especially the ones with the skin left on. Another craving was for pink grapefruit and watermelon.
Other than that, I really did not have much of an appetite at all.
With my first son I always wanted Peanut Butter, Jelly and bananas. Sometimes I wanted it on bread (like a sandwich) Sometimes I just wanted it on a waffle.
With my second son, all I wanted was McDonald's milkshakes!
(Lucky for me, I was able to lose all the pregnancy weight. (Okay, all but 5 pounds.) LOL
I was all about carbs with my first pregnancy -- pasta, rice, bread, cereal, crackers. It helped with the nausea, made me full, and didn't give me heartburn. And as a bonus, carbs have lots of folic acid, very important for pregnant women!
