What could be causing this, I am very concerned?

I have an appointment with my doctor at the end of the week, but in the meantime I would like to get some opinions on this before hand. For the last couple of days I have been waiting to see when I would be ovulating it is now coming to the end of my cycle and all the opk's have come back negative. I thought I ovulated later in my cycle. For the last few days I have been extremely fatigued, there are very visible blue veins on my chest and my nipples are super sensitive. I have been getting headaches everyday. This is not me getting my hopes up for pregnancy because me and my husband are newlyweds and just started trying. I haven't been on birth control in quite some time (about 2 years) anyone have ideas as to what could be going on

I don't want to give your hopes up. But honestly those are the two things I noticed and made me take the test. My nipples were super sensitive and perked at every brush (not to mention hurt) and the veins in my chest became very apparant.

sounds like the first signs to me. (",) the headaches were the first things that i noticed. the same dull feeling that just didn't go away. no matter how many pain killers i took! the sore nipples i thought were a sign of my period coming,,,, little did i know! by the time i went to the doctor i was already 2 months pregnant! (",) it is the best feeling in the world when you find out that you are going to be a mom! i am already 40 weeks and 5 days overdue... i cant wait anymore!! but i will never forget the feeling seeing my baby on the ultra sound the first time! good luck and everything of the best, please come back onto the site and spread the word if you find out you are pregnant!
