Answers: I had matching issue happen to me. I have to just come out and purloin it. I was fired as soon as I go on maternity exit. Not to alarm you. My employer said that I fraudulently took the job knowing I be pregnant. Which when I took the job I didn't know I be. But, anyway good luck!
how: freshly tell your boss TODAY that you will enjoy to take a break, because you are pregnant. flat out let somebody know him or her. they will understand :)
when: when you want the rest and that's gonna start when you get bigger and tired and you can't do what ever you do at your available job.
but for now you can verbs to work, but tell your boss that you are pregnant and will have need of to take a break soon. she/he will call for to know this now, freshly in defence she/he needs someone else to hold over your job while you are gone.
I be in your situation exactly 22 years ago.
First, loaf until you are at least 3 months pregnant, and are confident you will be carrying your babe to term.
Remember, that most working women well work through their pregnancy with no problems. Just verbs being a great hand, and give your 110% to your bright job.
This give you 3-4 months to really show you were a apposite choice when they hired you.
When you are ready to bring up to date them, you can reassure them you will continue to be an excellent member of staff, and while you may need a month or two bad for maternity exit, you fully intend to come back and verbs being an excellent accomplice of their team.
If, however, you do not have need of the job, and do not intend to work after transfer, you will want to let them know this, instead.
Again, in that is no reason to inform ANYONE of your pregnancy until you are 3 or 4 months pregnant. Many women lose their babies during this time, and if that should start to you, the fewer race who know now the easier it will be to overcome that emotionally yourself.
