The government's WIC program might be able to help. They help with formula. I'd also check local churches, most have community outreach programs, or sponsor a family program. Mine does anyways (it's a baptist church). Also give various local woman's clinics a call, they might be able to tell you who to contact.
Local Churches, Salvation Army, places like that might be able to help you out. Im not too sure though. Good luck
you can go to the pampers and huggies web site and sign up and they will send you diaper coupons. you can also get great coupons on ebay.
