It has a fundamentally durable clip on the side that goes over the creep of thebath tub and it also sits flat on the bottom of the tub. It swivels and raises up & down. I never have a problem with it and my son loved it.
No, they don't. We own one that clips to teh side of the tub adn is supported that way. We be never able to use it because our tub is too adjectives and it doesnt reach the bottom. It's by Safety 1st.
i'd be cautious when buying one of these, i had one safekeeping first with suction pad that tipped over and wouldn't stick to bottom of bath properly.
