We all have.or will!! Please don't beat yourself up about it for too long...Parenting is the toughest job you'll ever have!You never will be "off the clock." But the rewards,hugs,i love you's,milestones etc are what make it the best job you'll ever have! No parent is perfect.We all just try to be for our little guys/gals..But,they need to see we are not always SuperMoM.we're just humans and make mistakes too.

yes, once i yelled at my child when i was having a bad day, and it had nothing to do with her.
Yes, kind of. My daughter is 2yr old and when I do my hair I put hair spray on it, so she wanted me to do the same to her. Later that week I think her scalp had an allergic reaction to the hair spray and she got a bald spot in the back of her head. I felt so bad.
Of course! I felt like total crap when I shut my daughter's fingers in the door. Or when I sent my 6 year old to school when she tols me she didn't feel good (thought she was trying to get out of school because she had to sit on the wall that day) and she ended up barfing at the bus stop. We all feel like bad parents from time to time and it will always be there to haunt you but to feel guilt only says one thing... maybe you screwed up but you feel bad about it and feeling guilty about hurting your kids makes you a GOOD parent. Imagine if you felt no guilt at all?
