just figure would you want to pay a low amount to someone you are trusting to care for your child! I would pay more for an adult then teenager, I dont know what your money converts to in american dollars, but I pay an 18 year old 8$ and hour.I would ask your sitter what they think is fair and then negotiate from there! good Luck
