How many of you stay at home moms get time to watch Dr.Phil and Oprah?

Answer:
I'm a work at home mom, and the only way I get to watch ANYTHING is while I'm eating lunch and the baby's taking his nap.
I watch it all the time, it's on several times, and I have tivo
Not me.

But then again, why would I want to?
I'm sure lots of them do. Mine does every once in a while
sorry being a stay at home mom and a full time student i don't watch them i honestly don't like Dr.Phil and Oprah is okay but no thanks don't watch them don't watch other people problems on TV why do people do that anyways when they have their own problem to take care of stupid people and stupid talk shows
What are you, nuts?

New moms might get to watch their TV while the baby naps, but you start to realize 1) that TV is stupid, and 2) that you're teaching your kids that it's OK to waste their time with stuff that's stupid. Unplug the TV and read your kid a story, do a craft, have a tickle battle, go to the park.
I had my baby Oct 26th. Sense than I have watched TV in bed after the baby goes down. There are to many other things to do while the baby naps than watch TV. I work Friday nights and we got a TV at work,s o when I'm not on YA I will watch Dr Phil if he has a good show on!
As the stay-at-home mother of a set of infant twin girls as well as a three-year-old little boy, I certainly don't have the time. I also hate it when people think I do nothing but watch TV all day.
I stay at home with the kids and go to nursing school part-time. I always have the t.v. on just because I like the noise, but do I get time to watch it? Rarely. The only reason I have free time right now is because the kids are napping and this was the last day of the semester for me. (Yay, christmas break!) My son being 17 months and my daughter being 6 months I am constantly changing, entertaing them, feeding , cooking and cleaning. Whoever thinks stay at home moms have a lot of free time are sorely mistaken. My husband can't even handle two hours of what I do, much less ALL DAY!
