Is he too ancient?
Answers: Well I don't deem it is necessarily harmful contained by some way for a 7 year aged boy to shower with his dad, I would say-so that it is not normal. It is definatly the features of thing that could bring embarassment or accusation of sexual misconduct if friends, neighbors or even extended family found out.
So, I would suggest it stop. Don't label a big deal out of it, a moment ago handle it resembling any of life's transitions.
I THINK THAT IS NORMAL.....
yeah, he's a bit too old.
i give attention to once u hit the age of 5, you can't showers with ur parnets anymore.
Tell your son that as much as you love him, he can't cart showers with his dad because there's not adequate room in the shower. lol
no. but i conjecture he should stop at 8 or 9.
I personally piece he is too old. Try to gain him excited about one big enough to cart his own showers. Buy him his own shower Gel and shampoo maybe he will be motivated to gain in the shower by himself.
i contemplate that is too antediluvian, i bathed by myself at age 5
I would guess that it's OK as long as both involved don't feel discomfited. If your husband is getting uncomfortable explain to your son that he's getting outmoded enough to run showers by himself now, and be more private almost certain events.
I think you can ween him immediately to help create/teach a sense of self and personal boundaries.
i would vote it's time to ween him out of this habit. my daughter stoped showering w/ me at roughly 4 (mostly b/c she was competent to do it herself with the kiddie attachment). but i wouldn't voice he is "to" old a moment ago nearing it quickly.
polite luck
he is definitly to old to be taking showers near anyone. why dont you let him shower on his own...your going to enjoy to ween him off ..polite luck!!
honestly i dont think its anything to be overly concerned roughly speaking but i do think you should bit by bit ween him off of that formerly it does get to a point of concern. bestow him initiative to want to take showers by himself. buy a shower radio and detail him he gets to whip a shower all by himself and pick the music he listen to. good luck!
too older
yes, I think he is... and even more if you are axiom that he is very fully developed... I mean...: you do that up to... 5 years ripened... in the worst of the cases, up to 6... but I guess that by being seven... he is mature....
but that's just my assessment...
bye!!
I can't think of a principle that a father would ever start such a act.
I do not see anything majority with that AT ALL....
I hope you do NOT allow this to occur
I think that it is a bit gross... I never showered beside a parent... thank god!
think just about it: a 7 year old is almost waist-high to a man, so that would put him pretty much eye-to-eye with dad's, er, manliness. uncool.
I would relate him that big boys wash alone, and variety it sound resembling a big privilege to do so.
GL
I would say after 3 that's satisfactory.........Well I thnk that it was doomed to failure to even let that species of thing transpire in the first place..but hey economically um i wuld defenitely stop that maybe inform him hey ur a big boy now and u obligation to wash up by urself and if adjectives else fails use the belt...(not abusively) but spare the rod spoil the child gud luck
I would vote as long as you all are comfortable next to it, it's okay. Is there a dedicated reason he requests to shower with his father or is it of late the routine he's used to? If any one of you is uncomfortable near it, then it may be time to enjoy solo showers-- and just explain to your son that he's growing elder and can do it on his own and it can be his private time. ?
I don't think this is a big do business... by the time kids are in middle arts school, they could be required to shower following a P.E. class - in a room full of guys. If neither your son nor your husband are bothered, what is the big treaty? I think too commonly we teach kids to be ashamed by or ashamed of their bodies. If your son is willing to shower or go in swimming on his own some of the time, you know it is something he is able to do - why push kids into growing up up to that time they are ready?
That is too hoary if he can wash his down by himself then he can do a showe by himself.
I assume it's normal for children. I individually know my husband wouldn't be comfortable with this simply due to child abuse kinda things now. Things that parents used to do innocently with their children is no longer view innocent.
Do you think he is too hoary? I think that you should produce this decision. If you have a feeling that he is getting to old later he probably is. Go with your gut sentiment.
let it turn for another month or so.
Then just be approaching
your a big boy now
you requirement to learn how to nick a big boy shower all by your self.
afterwards you can work from there.
Depends on respectively home. One of my sons is 9 he showers with his dad repeatedly . Seven I would say its ok.
I reflect on he is a little bit too out-of-date.Cause he is at the age where he is wondering why daddy's penis is bigger after his.
I think he is to outdated.
I think thats a moment or two to old.
I devise it should be coming to a halt pritty soon.
It might change the route your son thinks subsequently in vivacity.
i never took a shower with my son contained by the beginning i showed him how to and scrutinize him from the other side of the room for a few weeks to make sure he be doing if right and then i permit him do it by him self but checked him after it now he does it by himself and have been for years he is 10 and i started him at competent 5-6 with taking showers... the integral thing took going on for 2 months for him to do it by himself and he threw me out after month. something is wrong with that.
he is ripened enough to shower alone
