Answers: For me, 10-12 is a "tween".
13-18 is a "teen".
Some may consider 19 to still be "teen", too.
you are considered a teen when you hit 13 and up until 18 or 19 and you are considered a tween when your 12 because even though its past ten your still not a "teen"
tween is medium sweetie... it's made up by TV and magazines, and contained by advertisement, when they are aiming at a "tween" it is a child between 12-15. You are a teen at 13 years older, so during 13-15 you get the privilege of person both.
