I've never saw anything anywhere,maybe try searching online!
They make paper that you can print on and peel off to make a sticker. Maybe get some and then print off pictures of Littlest Pet Shop characters and decorate invitations with those. You could decorate cups and other things with them as well.
I'm not sure if they have Littlest Pet Shop cakes, but if they don't then take in a picture of Littlest Pet Shop and they can copy it in icing.
As for everything else, maybe just make it some other sort of theme like flowers or her favorite color.

You can make some on the computer. I make cards with my mom all the time and they turn out really good!! Get some pictures online and make them homemade. If you do not have a computer then just go to your local library. Hope this helps! :)
Being a new theme you may have to get creative and come up with things on your own. BUT I did find a person that posted online their littlest pet shop party they had for their 7 year old daughter. Check out the link below and maybe you can get ideas from this.

I've used this site many times myself to get bday ideas. They usually have anything you can think of.
they have a littlest pet shop game you could play that at the party and just let the kids play with all her littlest pet shop toys you could also download some things off line and make your own invitations. Janice
I would go to the Littlest petshop website and use some of the pics from their site to make the invitations.
As for the cake, you can have your local bakery decorate a plain cake with little animal motifs such as dog bones or fish(for cats), or one of the scenes from the cake idea book. Most grocery store bakeries will decorate a cake for no extra cost except the cost of the cake as long as you don't use their cake toppers. Then you can add your own cake toppers- the regular Littlest petshop toys you find in the stores. They are cuter, more durable and a lot cheaper than the cake toppers that the bakery gives you.
As for the cups, plates, etc. just use a solid color that matches your party theme. Kids really don't care about plates. They care about the cake and the goody bags.
For the goody bags you could go to your local hobby store (like Michaels) and buy little solid colored Asian "takeout" boxes (you could decorate them with stickers to personalize it) and fill it with gummy fish, sweet tart dog bones (both found at most grocery stores), and maybe a littlest pet shop toy. Get creative!
