Best Places for Kids' Parties in Toronto?

I am doing some research and would like to know the best places to hold children's parties in Toronto, Mississauga, and surrounding Regions (York, Durham, Peel)

In the GTA:
2-5 year olds -
Funtastic Kids (Oakville) - lots of make-believe toys and trains, some big climbing/riding things.
Gymboree (everywhere!) - structured games, music, climbing and crawling.
Bounce 'n' Play- (Mississauga) - good for all ages, private parties, great climbing equiptment. Also sponsors free parties for families that can't afford one.

6-10 yrs. old -
Simply Delightful (Miss.) - tea/dress up parties with princesses (for the ladies) and knights/dragons (for the gents). Very cute, good activities and entertainment.
The Kids' Fun Factory (GTA) - science/tech parties. Totally kid-driven, very popular.
Kick-smart workshop (TO) - karate- themed parties. Tons of games and activities, great instruction, very original.
U-Can-Do-It! - (TO) - Kids get a chance to build something from scratch and unleash their inner engineer. Party projects include race car, birdhouse, T-Rex, air boat or medieval crane.
the best place to throw a party for anyone in toronto is at rinx i dont have the contact info but it would be in the yellow pages its a roller skating rink and fun zone its off the hook
This depends a lot on your budget and the season. If you are on a tight budget, my two best recommendations are Playground Paradise and Toronto Island. Playground Paradise is an indoor playground, great for kids ages 2 - 10, and is owned by Parks and Recreation Toronto. You can rent a private party room and use of the playground for a pretty low price. There is also an outdoor splash pad.
Toronto Island has the option of Centreville amusement park, or for no cost at all, have picnic party by the wading pool, play on the beach, run on the grass, bbq hot dogs, etc.
Really, most kids have the most fun just playing games and being with their friends. I don't think that we really need to spend a lot of money on parties unless we are feeling really competitive with the other parents for the prize of "most lavish party for a 6 yr old".
