What do you estimate that I should do?

I have a 9 year dated daughter, a 3 year old daughter and a up to date baby on the agency in March.

My husband and I are working on the completion of finishing our vault. Our plans were we be going to make a toy room out of one room, he be going to have a workshop contained by one, storage in another and a sort of waddle in closet for everyone surrounded by the fourth. Here is my dilema my nine year old I imagine needs space from the 3 year behind the times I half estimate they need their own rooms and I partly think they should enjoy a big toy room. Main problem being that my nine year frail is a neat freak close to me and when you have a 3 year mature running the room rampid it doesn't help the explanation so she is constantly yelling at the little one. Don't carry me wrong they love each other.
So the primary question is do I afford her, her own room or do I make it a toy room? I really would love if they stopped conflict so much.... before I verbs out MY hair!! J/K

Answers:    Give the nine year behind the times her own space. Put the toys in the three year olds room or somewhere else you can put them. She loves her sibling, but needs to enjoy a place she can get away from her! You know how it is dealing near a three year old... Imagine how the nine year behind the times feels.. Do the right item mom! ;) Good luck!
I definitely read out to give the 9 year out-of-date her space. I had to share a bedroom next to 3 little sisters!

I absolutely despicable it, and couldn't wait until I turned 18 so I could move out, and I did!
She should hold her own space... they can play in their own rooms. And soon too, the 9 year mature won't want to "play" with her dolls and stuff. She's growing up.
