at 9 you should not be buying a BF anything. Get him a card, unless you are going to his bday party then why not get him a gift voucher to the movies

give him chuck taylors or vans, or a new guitar. if your budget cant give him those, try a scrapbook of you and him and his friends. that will be a good bday gift. it has memois! give it to him late so at his bday party you can still picture him & give it to hime when its done, and that has a card sticked on the few first pages saying hapi bday and i love you! that will be a great gift for any gf or bf!
