My niece ran away with her baby...need help?
She's 20yrs. old and is mentally retarded. She left with her small baby. I have custody over and she's been with me since she was 11. I'm really worried about the baby. What can I do? She's 20 so is there anything I can do about it? She has no idea who the father of her baby is.

You need to involve your local law enforcement agencies.
You should also alert the center for missing & exploited children. Because your niece is mentally retarded, the police have to take this as a dangerous situation for the sake of the baby. Good luck.
I would definately say that you need to go to the law enforcement officials immediately so that they can get an APB out on her.
The safety of her and her baby is at stake.
If you have custody over the baby, you need to contact the police. Maybe it is time to talk to the boyfriends mother. If they are staying with her - hopefully she is helping with the baby. I wish you the best of luck.
Well if she is slow, then i guess you can go over to the boyfriends house and try talk to the both of them and see what's is going on, try to compromise with the both of them.

tell the police they help alot, if she has a disability she might go to her favorite places, police is what i would have done, i if your worried youll get into trouble that doesnt matter, if you did and still are worried search yourself if she has people she knows who they are ask them and try to get them to help. did she tell you she was going to run, dont flip out too bad try to relax and get people to help you find her if your worried,
If you have legal custody, call the police immediately! She kidnapped him, even i she doesn't realize it.
Since she's mentally retarted, she should have a legal guardian. Are you that person? If yes then there is something that you can do otherwise your only option would be to call Child Protective Services if you feel that the baby is in immediate harm to make a report.
If you have custody of the child you could take the police over there and get that child.
