If you just ignore him then he might think that your no fun to pick on, but if you let it bother you then he'll just keep doing it. Don't let him know that it bothers you.

Very simple, pretend he is not around or a ghost. I did that when i was young , it either bothers them or they get tired of it and leave you alone. Try it! It Worked for me!

Say something out loud in front of him and others like:
"Stop annoying me or I'll tell everyone that you drink horsepiss"

Maybe he likes you. My current boyfriend annoyed me at first to. Then I found out he liked me. And if that isn't true that isn't true than just ignore him, or avoid him.
