Answer:
First take a deep breath, close your eyes and turn this whole thing over to God. Your son is entitled to whatever the state has to offer. They can not discriminate, if the school he's attending is abusing him or you suspect that they are, the state HAS to help you find an alternate means of educating him. Ask for help paying for a tutor, anything /something. The people that work in this country pay taxes for this, tell them we said get off their duffs and get busy. :) Take a walk and relax most important, I know its hard believe me I've been where you are at some point in my life. ( I hated when people told me to relax) But please try, for your sake, your husbands, sons, and yes Nana too. Did you call that lawyer Chan72 mentioned? There is help out there. Do you attend a church? Try them for counseling. God never puts more on us then we can handle, seek him out, you may be surprised how easy things get once you bow your head and tell God your giving him your problems as you need help and that he promised to carry you when things got to ruff. I was alway taught that one must tend to ones own problems, never ask for help, you made your bed lye in it, and other crap like this was drilled into my head. What they forgot to teach me was that God wanted me to come to him, and once I did...I have to tell you hun my WHOLE life changed and I mean overnight. No joke. Believe me I could tell you stories that would curle your hair. So relax, KNOW you are strong and God is your best friend. Hugs and prayers to you and yours...
every thing will be okay, keep calm answer their questions ,but get legal advise right now. the school needs investigated .to meny schools are like this now .i wish you and the other parents the best of luck,i talked to my Friend that had similar problem she said you and the other parents should contact these people or agencies for help disability law project(free of charge)and legal aid. i will keep you and your family in my prayers along with other families dealing with this stuff.my friend also mentioned have the doctors examine your child every time he comes home with a mark for documentation.
