Reasons for a six year old to stab and punch her dolls?
The father is a narcisist.
Answer:
Small children that exhibit this type of behavior is never good! This is always a bad sign, and the first thought is abuse. This is her way of taking out the rage that is inside her. When you are small, there is very little around you that you can take it out on. When a small child has that much rage built up, there is a cause, and it should be investigated immediatley. An anonymus letter to child protective services explaining the situation may be very helpful if you don't want to be named, but want to help this little girl.
Prayers are with you both
the media.......
No real reason i would get her help and fast is show showing this anger towards other people maybe she have seen the behavior before and only mimicking it but i would really look in to it
Is there a new baby in the family? Or maybe she's getting picked on at school by another girl and is taking it out on her dolls instead of the kid.
the kid has a serious mental condition? find a good shrink before the doll becomes a playmate
Probly ticked off at someone in the family, possibly a sibling or parent who dishes out the discipline.just my opinion ,she may be having issues with someone at school ,teacher,classmate,nieghbor,et... she wants to talk i would ask her some questions in a very calm tactful manner.
the learn this behavior from somewhere.. either on TV or in real life.. day care.. other siblings etc...
she hasnt learned compassion... does she punch her stuffed animals? do you have real pets? I would be concerned for them
kids fall into role playing traps pretty easy.. pretend you are one of the dolls - put on a fake voice.. 'ouch" "ouch" "why are you hitting me?" puppets can acomplish the same goal..
make sure you say "ouch" so she knows she is causing pain if even only to a doll
she has problems and should see someone.
maybe something like this is happening to her or someone she knows, maybe try and ask her
HELP HER!!!!!!!!!... NEED IT
sounds like a very angry child that needs help. she might have just saw this sort of thing on tv or she might just be very angry. either way i think she needs some to help to make her realize this is NOT what you do to real people.
If she is doing this she needs to talk to someone as soon as possible, all threating activity from a child should be taken very seriously.
