Yes i think that she should have an abortion because having a kid at that age would destroy her body and would proably make her not be able to have kids later on in life. I am sure a 10 year old girl would not be wanting a baby and the parents would not want to make their 10 year old to go through all of that.

If a 10 year old is pregnant, somebody needs to be charged, with rape. Also, a 10 year old may become pregnant, but her body is too young, to handle pregnancy, it would put her at a great medical risk.
That depends on the situation. She had to have already gone through puberty to even get pregnant. She shouldn't be getting pregnant at that age or even be active, but should it happen she needs to talk to her parents, Dr, and the father. If she decided to have one she would have people their with her. If she decided not to, the Doctor would give her the risks either way, and how much it is gonna take out of her and tear her up just to have it. She needs to get all the facts. Although a 10 year old should not raise a child. That's why the parents and Doctor should give her advice and help her through the decision. But no one other than those involved should really make the decision. By the way, hopefully the father is about the same age and they should both be given a talk to by their parents. If the father is an adult he should be locked up. Girl also needs to go on birth control pills if she does get an abortion.
For one it would get in the way of your school work and personal life. For two it would be a good experience and would teach you responsibility and give you good practice for having future children.

First for a ten year old girl to become pregnant, she must already be ovulating and having her period.
I don't think ten year old girls are either mentally, emotionally or physically ready to have babies, however, if the situation now exists where she is pregnant, I don't think subjecting her to the trauma of an abortion would be the proper thing to do.
Maybe intense family counselling, some real guidance for the girl and her family and perhaps giving the baby up for adoption would be the best thing for the family.

First off... WTF?? Now that thats out of the way, thats very rare, as most 10 year olds have not started maturing sexually. However, I have heard of an actual case in the UK, (see below) a horrendous story! The blame in the UK case should go largely to the parents, however, if a child is attacked, it is the attacker's fault as well. Finally, to the question of abortion. An abortion should be carried as it is very dangerous for the girl as well as her baby if the pregnancy is allowed to continue. The physiological structure of a 10 year old is not designed to deliver or carry a baby. Though theoretically, a C-section can be performed, that would be dangerous for both. Both of them could possibly die. The baby will be premature and undersized, not to mention many other complications. The psychological problems would also be too much for the girl to face. However, her sensitivities should also be taken into account when thinking of an abortion.
