I have 4 kids youngest one is 2 and I already have her doing simple tasks that won't put her in harms way, my 11 and 14 years olds can already cook complete meals from beginning to end all by their selves.
Yeah of course they can as long as they have a cookbook with them and the cooking ability, then uhhh yeah sure they could! ♥♥♥
Why not? If they are taught they could. When my eldest son was that age he was making Baked Alaska! He can cook better than most people I know.
