Red hands - can anyone explain?

The palms of my hands are very red - they always have been. It is very noticeable, although it does not bother me, I often get comments about it. The red is more noticeable when I am hot. Does anyone know what this might be, or does anyone else have this, or know anything I can do to minimise it? As I said, am not worried, just curious. Thanks!!

Answer:
That just means that lots of blood is flowing through your palms. I'm not sure about this but Preparation H might help. It temporarily shrinks blood vessels.
