What to do with a 9yr old boy (3rd grader that is suppose to be 4th) that has very serious behavior issuse?

my brother is the EXACTLY same way. He goes to a psycologist who helps him with his bahavioral issues. Anyway, since he's been seeing him, he's been doing a lot better.

Go see your pediatrician. He may be A.D.D. and should be evaluated. Your doc will point you in the right course of action. Good Luck! Oh - and hang in there!
I think he needs professional help. To much for you to handle
If all other suggestions dont work than send him to boot camp or take away his most prized possesion.
But i personally would send him to a military camp so in the future he can help our great country.
Spank him until he can't sit down anymore. Nothing works better than tanning his hide with a good switch.
First off, go see your pediatrician. His behavior may be caused by something that is easily corrected. They may also send him to see a counselor for an evaluation. It may be that he is just acting like a typical kid, or it could be something that you can correct with help.
Keep him so busy with a lot of responsibilities so that he will not have the time.
That boy is in need of attention. He is acting out because he wants to be noticed. It may be hard if you are a single parent but he needs more time with an adult. The change will not come quick or easy, it took years to get to this point and reversing it will take long as well. Don't go to the extreme of hitting him, that will just teach him that hitting is acceptable.
My son is the same way and he has adhd. You may want to have him tested. Also you can put him into some activities outside of school so that he can use up some of that extra energy. Be patient with him b/c he may not be able to help it.
