i think the cops are right. what in the world does a 40 years old man want with a 15 year old girl? that's sick and against the law! the guy should be put behind bars. people like him shouldn't be teaching in the first place.

The rape law is great. In some cases like this, its really useful. She shouldn't be having a sexual relationship with a man that much older.
In other cases its a little over dramatic. For example in a school near me a girl accused her old (female) basketball coach of sexually assaulting her. This coach was a hall of fame coach, and had brought the team to many victories. Most likely she's accusing her coach of this to get back at her for something. But nobody will ever know. By the time it goes to court the coaches life is ruined.
In some cases its great that they want to catch sick people like that, but in others, I think things should be kept private until the real answer is known.

Good for the cops. Hopefully he'll spend the next 20yrs behind bars. He certainly won't be teaching little girls all about male anatomy anymore.
