You don't need to tell him anything. He is far too young to have a relationship. As a parent you should be aware of that.
Do you want to tell him not to like this girl? You really can't controll whether or not your son likes somebody or not so don't try to change that. You should probably figure out who this girl is if you have no idea right now. You can't control his liking but you can tell him that you don't want him to go making out with people since he's only 11.
