Belive me you should ask becuse hight dosnt matter if you guys stay together then he'll become taller then you pretty soon! Also if you have school dances ask him to one it'll be much easier then asking him out also if you don't get enough help her get a book called a smart girls guide to boys its really helps! Mabey instead of asking him out you could ask him to go to the movies with a big group of friends it wont be so weird and hard to ask him! :) good luck!
If you both like each other then sure just remember you both are young.
you should definentley take the chance of asking him out i mean he might be like your soulmate but you'll never know if you dont take the chance and ask him out if you really like him
