Can teachers get fierd if they cuss?
Answer:
Probably not fired for a first offense but they should have a code of conduct that this would violate. Sounds like the student also needs some discipline.
They should.
I would hope the child gets expelled before the teacher gets fired. Judging by the quality of your English, you need teachers more than classroom smartarses.
no
teachers a people too. I doubt as long as he doesnt have a history of it that they will fire him over it.
Yeah they should but if they cuss at me i'm gon cuss right back at em
he may get suspended buts its very rare that teachers get fired for example about 1 year ago a Jefferson high school teacher called a black student the n-word and all he got was a 12 day suspension
i dont think that they get fired unless they get writen up for it 3 times then i know that they do
Maybe not fired, but I do think there should be consequences. A student would be in trouble for cussing and so should a teacher. Teachers are supposed to be examples and are supposed to be semi-professional.
I had a lot of high school teachers who cussed. Nothing ever happened to them. I'm not saying that I agree with the cussing, I'm just telling a story.
Should he get fired? Probably not. Do you expell a kid for cussing, no. A stern warning from the principal should do the trick.
All good teachers have their limits. Sometimes a curse word slips out. What is important is the quality of the teacher, and provided that they aren't talking like a David Mamet play (read: cursing every other word), it should not be necessary to discipline them.
There are enough bad, lazy, lousy, unmotivated teachers out there to nitpick over what could be a good teacher having a bad day. What SHOULD happen is a pay raise to teachers and the elimination of one-size-fits-all education, but we've got at least two more years until that happens.
Many school districts have policies whereby teachers are held to higher standards then normal people. There are some districts that do not allow a teacher to frequent bars, or smoke cigarrettes. on their own time.
If your school system has a policy in force. Your teacher could get in trouble. He would not be fired if it was and issolated incident, but just like kids can get in trouble and have to see the principal while not getting expelled, so teachers can get in trouble and have to see the principal without getting fired.
Each school district has their own policies about teachers. He probably won't get fired. If you aren't big enough to take a cuss word, maybe it's time that you get that way.
I'm a substitute teacher. I wsa working in an 8th grade room in a tougher school about 3 years ago. The whole class was noisy and cussing like a bunch of drunk sailors. (lots of f-bombs, racial slurs, you name it) I was getting upset with them, as the inexperienced sub I was would, and started yelling. In my yelling, I included something on the line of "If you don't shut up and get to work, you'll have to explain to your teacher why you didn't get a damn thing done." I got a formal "warning" in the mail a few weeks later.
Probably nothing is going to happen unless someone reported him. Teachers are people too. There is no excuse for a profanity-filled rant but occasionally, people make mistakes.
Most kids think it's funny, not offensive, that the teacher swore. What grade is this in?
Yes, they can. This would likely be in violation of his contract.
teachers should not cuss. teachers are human. maybe they will take to the teacher. the student will have to stay home a few days
define fierd
OK, first off, the spell checker only takes a moment to run. Gives suggestions for the correct word. Just make a quick judgment and it'll fix up your word - making communicating your idea all the better.
I've heard a lot of people cuss. Teachers, preachers, cops, programmers, and parents. Lots and lots of parents. When little johnny uses the "F" bomb, the parents want to know where he heard it. He probably heard it when Dad got angry.
Actually, like it or not, your question shows you need teachers even if they do curse. Actually, the little SOB that made him angry needs to spend some time in an alternate education school.
depends on what grade he teached
he could for elementary school
maybe for middle school
no for high school
in high school, my speech and biology teachers cuss all the time
yes if the teacher is using the cuss words with young kids.
but if they r in the middle school and up
i think it is ok
