Does any one now about backpacks like is there any laws about backpacks or something else?

well considering this was placed in the grade school category, you must mean whether there are any restrictions about what kind of backpack you can bring to school. This would be decided by the school administration, but I would think that nearly all backpacks would be fine, whether it was over the back, messenger bag, roller pack. The only ones that I would think could be a problem are those big hiking packs(but why would you ever send your kid in with those) or those new backpacks that have speakers built in for an iPod or radio. im sure someone would take offense to music blaring in the halls. otherwise check your child's school for the rules pertaining to his/her school district

The only law i know is if you go to a super market or retail store you cant have a back pack on cuz you can steal..
Backpack laws? If someone made them, they must be leagal, of cours,e unless you hide something illegal when you go to the airport, of thats what you mean? Sorry I'm not help. D=
I do not understand this question. The only thing I can think of to say is that some stores will not allow you to bring them in because of the threat of theft. Otherwise, I have no idea of what you are saying. Sorry!
