School????

listen i need some help,

my best friend recently started riding on are bus. we are both in 8th grade and besides us there is alot of kids from the lower school (pre-k-4th grade) on are bus

well anyways... he was showing me his condoms and some 9 year old girl looked back at us and asked "what are those???" well what are we supposed to do... so we TOLD HER... that was like last week now when he got off the bus (he gets off first) then when we went to the little 9 year girl's house...

her mother came out! complaning about some 13 year old told her 9 year old daughter about condoms!! so the mother has been trying to get in contect with the school to tell them about what happen... and also the bus driver dosent like him so they both want to get my friend off the bus!

and this just happened a few hours ago.. (my friend dont know yet) what to do?
do you think they can get him off the bus for showing a 9 year old girl and (maybe a few other little kids saw) a comdom??

Answer:
I don't see anything wrong with him showing them a condom, it's not like it's a bad movie or a graphic song. If anything he's showing them that he knows how to be responsible. I don't think that's grounds for kicking him off the bus, as long as he didn't go into detail about what they are used for and all that. Kids see worse things than that everyday, and allot of the times it's their own parents showing them.
i dont think they can get him off the bus but he may get in huge trouble for showing the condom
Danny, I am not following,

this happened last week, your friend get off the bus then you come to little girl's house, who is still on bus but Mom comes out yelling and then it just happened a few hours ago.

Now if I understood this whole thing better, I might be able to help, but it doesn't make sense.

Please clarify.
9 years old places her in about 3rd grade... she probably will learn about it this year anyways.
He could get in trouble for the fact that he is 13 and she is 9... laws protect people with a 3 or more year age difference and it could be considered a sexual offense.
I'm a mom of a 9 year old boy, and I would be VERY upset if someone told him what a condom was, so I understand the girls mom's point of view, it all depends on the school if he'll get in trouble of not, but he'll probably just get a lesson from the school(and his parents) on how to avoid situations like that again.
if he dose thats so stupid that like showing a kid a car they got to learn some day i no what they r but so what like a pad she got to know what that is sooner or later
Yes they can. Why is your school bus allowing little elementary kids on a bus with middle schools? And why is your friend showing you condoms anyway? Don't the school district your in pick up little elementary kids separately?
I know you are worried and this seems like the end of the world to you, but everything is going to be fine. The mother of the 9-year-old is probably more upset that a 13-year-old had condoms than the fact that you guys told her daughter about them. It is very scary to a mom whose daughter is still very much a baby to her, to think that in 4 years she might be sexually active.

If your friend gets kicked off the bus, it would not be the end of the world. just a temporary suspension probably. I bet the mom of the 9 year-old will start driving her girl to school now, actually.

Good luck, and stop carrying around condoms. You are still a kid and you should be enjoying that (since childhood is the shortest time of your life). Sex will come along and srew up your life soon enough. go skateboarding instead.
