My son never wants to eat and always complains about his belly hurting. does he have something wrong?

he is very concerned with food and how good or bad it is for you. i don't know what to do anymore...i'm tired of his belly always hurting and him never wanting to eat.

Answer:
When I was 11 I had constant gas pains. After a year, my mom took me to a doctor and he said my duodenum was inflamed. He gave me a prescription and it got better in about a week.

With the not wanting to eat thing, give him healthy whole grains, chicken(because it has very little fat) and vegetables. He has probably heard about diets and things like that. Never use the word diet. Say eating healthy.
Sounds like he has a digestive problem--that is not good. Please take your son to the doctor ASAP. I don't understand why you are even on here asking us...use your sense and take care of your child! He may have internal bleeding or another digestive disorder.
Give him ceyenne pepper, it's a natural cure for stomach ulcers, which he may have. Also, make him fruit smoothies if he can stomach them. If he doesn't want to eat, at least force him to take vitamins, they're essential to any diet, especially an unbalanced one.
his belly may be hurting because he is hungry. find out what he does like to eat and feed him tons of it. when i was little and trying to diet (as most girls do in this world) my mom fed me spaghetti and that was it. i ate til i was stuffed. worked every time.
someone i kno had something like that
does he seem to have these stomach aches before big things happen like a test in school or something?
this person that i kno had to go to a theripist and the theripist thinks he is depressed but im not sure? i dont kno, if he keeps telling you it hurts maybe you should get it checked out by a doctor
it could be gastrositis or something like that. the person that i kno had that too- before he went to the theripist.
sorry if that didnt help!
good luck!
why are you even asking unqualified strangers. Get him to a paediatrician and get a full check up. It could be anything from constipation to anorexia. Ask a professional not a bunch of people on computers
just curious why ask here rather than seek medical help?

it could be any number of things - so best off talking to someone who can actually SEE him and has the training to know what is a serious indicator and what isn't

children rarely willingly starve themselves unless there is something wrong
well just give him good food
Are you kidding? Take him to the doctor....NOW! I do not know any parent that would sit around and listen to their child complain about pain and NOT get medical attention.
Take him to the doctor. Ongoing belly pain is not good. Could be anything from his imagination, to food allergies,to an ulcer, to a blockage, to cancer.
he probaly has soars in his belly take him to a doctor qiuck as u can!
